A healthy start to your day! This is a weight training class with dumbbells and body weight resistance training combined with bodybuilding techniques and function core exercises to help you build strength. Bring your dumbbells, a mat, and a roller. With this class and breakfast under your belt, you will be ready to conquer what lies ahead.

Pilates and More
9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Equipment Needed: Mat, 6”x36” foam roller, dumbbells
Traditional mat Pilates taught with level-relevant modifications, combined with functional strength training.
Tuesday
Mat Pilates & Roller
6:30 PM – 7:15 PM
Equipment Needed: Mat, 6”x36” foam roller
Basic mat pilates with a focus on core development, and range of motion. Roller techniques for 15 minutes at the end of the day to relax and recover.
